We Celebrated our 6th year Anniversary on July 11th!! Time goes by so fast!!

We got to stay in an amazing place here in Idaho Falls called Destinations Inn. I highly recommend it to everyone! Our room theme was Venice, if you can't tell. Its hard to tell in the picture but the boat/tub is actually sitting in a pond and you have to walk across a little bridge to get there!

4th of July Weekend! - catching up post!

Over the 4th of July we spent half our weekend at my parents house in Mud Lake and the other part up at Meadow Lake just up the mountain from the Ghost town of Gilmore in Idaho. We had an absolute blast! Literally some of the fireworks sounded like a blast!

This camp ground is so quiet and beautiful pictures don't even do it justice. Yes that is SNOW! The lake's elevation is about 9000 ft.

This last week we discovered that Caden is allergic to antibiotics! He was on one and started breaking out then he was put on another antibiotic and he broke out even worse! This is what he looked like in the morning when he woke up!!

What a difference in mood in these pictures! He decided he was done smiling for the camera.

We were all not feeling good this last week. Justin, Caden and Kyler had sinus colds, then Caden got it in his eye then his ears. By that point enough is enough! Then I got it in the form of a migrane for 5 whole days. I truley have sympathy for those who suffer with head aches now!!

Kunde Family Reunion

We had our Kunde family reunion Memorial Day Weekend in Wolf creek Utah. It had an amazing outdoor pool which made it feel like it was officially Summer.This pool had a fun slide, but Kyler was not so sure he wanted to go down it.

He had to check it out from the top and from the bottom.

Then after a lot of persuading and bribing and 2 days later he finally went down! Its hard to see in this picture but squealed all the way down with joy and went on it at least 15 more time.

We tried to play tennis but the kids wanted to have fun too. Kyler was actually pretty good at playing for a four year old.

Olsen Family Reunion at BirchCreek

We went to the Olsen Reunion the weekend the end of May up to Birch Creek. It was fun to see all the family we don't see enough at to pretend to rough it out door for a couple of days. We rode for wheelers and fished, at great food and fished some more!

This was the first time we have taken Caden camping and we had an adventurous first night. He kept waking up until about 1am then from 1 to 4 am he just kept crying. I tried everything to calm him down and settle to sleep. I do have to admit it was pretty cold and I think he didn't like having a cold face. So at 4am Justin and I took off for a ride in the truck to help him fall asleep and ended up spending the rest of the night sleeping in the truck. Kyler was lucky and got to sleep in the camp trailer where it was toasty and warm.

With all the fish that were caught, we actually didn't eat any fish. We had some great camping food. Lynden cooked some great home grown Roscoe beef Steaks which was some of the best steak I have had in along time!!

I can not believe how fast Kyler is growing up!! He was so excited for Joy school every week this last year and graduated the middle of May. He was sad once he realized that he was going to be going to preschool for awhile. But I reassured him it was only for a couple of months then he will get to start back up again in a big preschool

Kyler's last field trip for school was to the zoo in Idaho Falls. This water fountain has been in the zoo for years, I can even remember it being there when I was a kid. Kyler and Caden both would have been happy to stay at the fountain for hours.

You can't really see the monkey in the picture but it was right up to the glass looking at Kyler.

Caden thought these turtles were so cool. I could not believe they were out in the open for one or that they were up close to us. They are usually never out when we have been there.

For some reason this picture didn't come out clear but I just wanted to show the height difference. I forget how big Kyler is until he is around kids his own age. The girl in the green is actually over a year older than Kyler and his friend Austin who is in red has the exact same birthday as Kyler. Crazy huh!

The other day while riding in the car Kyler was talking to me -which is not a rare thing because he talks and asks question non stop in the car. He asked me "is today was a work day or a play day." I said that it was a little bit of both. Then he said " I like to work, but I love to play!" It made me laugh that he already knows a difference between the two. He loves working with Justin in the yard or helping him with anything he may be doing.

Since January we have spent four of our weekends in West Yellowstone snomachining. We love going up there, it is just time to relax and forget about any of our worries. We stopped on the trail and the trees looked so neat I had to get a picture. Justin sank down into the snow so for once I was taller.

Justin has gotten pretty good at side hilling, Unfortunatly, its hard to get a picture because he gets up there so far you can't tell him apart from a tree.

Mexico Adventures

While we were in Mexico we went on Many adventures. One of the most exciting was the canopy tours. I had never been zip lining. It was so much fun, we were literally flyin through the top of trees. It was so much fun.

One night we went of a dinner cruise. They took us out across the bay to a remote location that can only be reached by boat. We ate dinner and watched a show on the mayan culture. The whole beach was lit with Candles and tiki torches.

The Weather was so nice. I could not believe it was December. It was in the 80's all week long, it made me wonder why I live in Idaho during the winter.

Justin Caught a Mahi Mahi. They were pretty fish and tasted pretty good too.

Kyler was so excited to be spider man this year. He wore his costume almost every day for two weeks. He is showing off his big muscles! Caden was such a cute little pumpkin. His hair made such a cute little stem.

We went to the Green belt in Idaho Falls by the temple this last week to feed the ducks. I always thought it was fun when I was little. We wanted to take advantage of the last nice week of the year.

It was my turn to teach Kyler's Joy school this last week. It was fun for him but I was pretty tired by the end of the week. We made fun little spiders and leaned the letter S. I was also in charge of the Halloween Party. We made ghosts and flew them outside, They also wore their costumes.

We went to a football game in Shelly to watch Jana's dance team perform at half time. (Justin's sister) It was a really good game so it was fun to watch. It was kinda cold so we wrapped Caden up in a big fuzzy blanket. He fell right to sleep even though there were die hard parents yelling at the refs right next to us. Note to self "doen't become one of those kind of parents at a game" I don't think they realize how silly they are.

Yep, Those are staples!! We had an interesting afternoon on Sunday after church. Kyler was standing on our bed and playing around, I asked his to get off, so he bounced on his bum to sit down and get off, but he bounced backward and hit his head on the head board. Justin instantly knew what had happened and put pressure on it immediately so he didn't bleed too much. We left Caden with Justin's parents and took Kyler to Community Care. He was so brave, while the nurse was cleaning his wound, he said "thank you" in a quiet little voice. The nurse thought he was so cute and very polite. On the way home we taught him how to sing 10 little monkeys jumping on the bed, and got him his very own bubble gum ice cream for being so brave. Kyler showed off his "hole in my head" and the "special little bandaids" at his Joy School on monday.

Caden looks so much like "Jack Jack" (the baby off Incredibles) when we spike his hair. He loves taking a bath in the sink. Usually the water ends up all over the floor, so my floor is always clean.

Caden is on the move. He started doing an army crawl around 7 months and started crawling for real at 8 month. Now he is pulling himself up to everything at about 8 1/2 months. Before I know it he is going to be walking.
Kyler wants to be like his Grandpa and ride a motorcycle.
Caden always seems to find my broom and likes to push it across the floor.
Kyler is such a good big brother! Caden just loves him. Where ever Kyler is Caden is right next to him, or crying if he can't get to him.

Kyler and Caden get along so good. I can sit them by each other and usually without fail they will end up laughing at each other. I couldn't get either one of them to smile probably because they were both so focused on drinking. Caden has a thing with putting his feet up in the air. I can push them down and they go right back up.

Kyler is going to pre-pre school. I'm a little late in posting this but its too cute to pass by. On the first day of school, I was up early with Caden and I can hear that Kyler has woken up and moving around up stairs. When he finally does come downstairs he is fully dressed with his backpack on and say "I'm ready to go to school now!"

Since then I have switched his schools. He was going to one through the school district, but now he is in a joy school, where the different mothers take turns teaching. He loves learning with his friends in the ward.

I can't believe how fast this summer went by! I feel like there is a ton of things I didn't get done or have time to do! Kyler and Caden are growing up so fast, I need to do better at posting my pictures. Some of the pictures are sideways because I can't find my cord for my camera to the computer, I'm pretty sure Kyler walked off with it somewhere, So I downloaded them from another computer and didn't get them turned the right way.

Justin got his elk back in August- pretty early, so hopefully it took some of the hunting fever out of him, but for some reason, I don't think it did!! It still had velvet on its horns.
We told Kyler that when you eat the food fills up your muscles to make them big, now every time we sit down to eat he wants to show us how big his muscles are by eating his food. -What ever works right!

At the Eastern Idaho State Fair Kyler got a balloon sword

My mom, sister and I picked apples at my Grandparents home last week and all the kids sat under the trees and ate all the apples that dropped to the ground. It was so cute!

We went to Island Park last weekend and went boating for the first time this year! We had tons of fun. All Kyler could think about all week waiting up to the weekend was boating. I don't think he quite realized what that entailed. He did not want to get in the water! We still had a great time.

Caden got his first two bottom teeth! At 4 1/2 months! This is what his casts looked like before he started kicking them off. Now he has a cast up over his knee, poor guy!

This is our second trip to the zoo this year! It is so much fun to get out and Kyler loves all the animals. I hear him talk about the lions and monkeys for days after we go! Here he is in pelican Island. Caden is so good when we go to the zoo, I think he just likes to get out too! In this picture he has a stocking over his cast, but as you can see it goes up over his knee now because he keeps kicking the little casts off and therefore were not helping to straighten out his foot!

Kunde Family Reuion at Bear Lake

We spent last weekend in Bear Lake for a family reuion and had a wonderful time! We played volleyball for a couple of hours one morning and all ended up with alittle bit of a sun burn. No one thought about sun screen because it was nice a cool still. Justin is in the red shirt setting the ball, he has got some skills!

While the men went out shooting each other with paint balls, us women and children went minature golfing. On the first shot kyler hit it full out and shot the ball into a crowd of people. After that we had to teach him how to "hit softly!" He is actually very good at it, he might have a career in pro golf.
We jumped for hours on a giant air pillow. I think the adults had more fun than the kids!

We are finally setteling down from having a new baby and moving! Let me tell you its alot of work. Justin has been back to McCall every week since we have moved, trying to get his jobs completed. I have been back twice to finish up our house. I'm glad we are almost done over there.

Caden is growing up fast, he likes to suck his thumb, and play with toys now. He talks and smiles alot and is just a joy! He has a cast on his left foot right now because his foot was turned in when he was born. It was a challenge at first and he would cry alot, but now he seems very used to it, and has one more month in it.

Justin is very good with Caden. He gets him smiling and laughing all the time! He gets very worn out because he has been working so hard. Here they are taking a nap together- so cute!

I guess I forgot a couple of the details of our move. We are moving to the Idaho Falls area, that is where both of our families live. We have not sold our home yet, but we are hoping it sells this summer or as soon as possible. We will be living in an apartment that his parents have in the mean time. Its small but the price is just right! I am excited to only have to clean 1 bathroom verses the 3, it will be a nice break. Now we will be taking off on Monday the 31. I am ready to leave all this snow behind, since it is dumping on us again at this very moment! This winter has been a long heavy one!!! It's been needed though so I guess I can't complain too much!

Yes, it's true! We are sad and excited all at the same time. We are going to miss beautiful McCall, and all our friends, but we are going to enjoy living closer to family and some of our old friends again. We are aiming for the 30th of March, hopefully we can have everything packed and ready for that weekend. Honestly I'm don't have much ambition this time around, it's probably because I have a new baby and don't have time for much else anyway! Oh well!

Big Equipment in the backyard

Last Summer one of the large trees in our yard died, I was so sad! The subdivision cuts down all the large trees that die because they don't want us cutting them down ourselves. Yesterday a man came to cut ours down and it was so interesting because he just drove his cherry picker into our back yard over 3 to 4 feet of snow and had it removed completely in less than 15 mins. It looks so different without it there. Kyler thought it was so cool!

Caden is starting to smile and it's so cute! I love his little double chin. He is two months old now and had gained 5 lbs since he was born, and 2.5 inches. Its amazing how fast they grow up!
Last week I went to visit my family because Justin went to a construction seminar in Vegas. My Parent loved having all their grandchildren there.

Justin and his friend Bernie were in a fun run snow machine race and Justin won 1st and Bernie won 2nd. Everyone at church last Sunday was congratulating Justin on winning the race because the newspaper had printed the results. Justin ended up having to explain in Elder's quorum that it wasn't a race of speed, the race had several check points and you drew poker cards and who ever had the most points at the end won. Everyone had thought he had won this big amazing race of speed and wanted to hear all about it. We thought it was pretty funny!

We finally had our little boy! He was born on Monday January 21st at 11:29 pm. I don't know if you would really call him one day early because he was only 31 minutes away from being born on his due date. We named him Caden Lynden Kunde. He ended up being a lot bigger than we thought he was going to be. He was 8lbs. 9oz. and 21 inches long. Kyler adores him already. He is always giving Caden kisses on the head and is very concerned when he cries- which thankfully hasn't been very much. Caden's internal clock is off though, he sleeps all day and just sits and watches you at night.

The first time Kyler saw Caden he didn't want to get too close and wasn't quite sure what to think of him, but that didn't last long.

Only 12 Days left! -hopefully! By this point I'm pretty tired of being pregnant. I don't think I am as big as I was with Kyler, so maybe this one will be a smaller baby. The bad thing about it being so close is we don't have a name yet! Choosing a name has been so much harder this time, Kyler's came without any question!

I towel dried Kyler's hair after his bath and it stuck straight up! He noticed it and actually liked it.

We had a great Christmas and drive home until we drove into our drive way at 12:30 AM. It had snowed so much while we were gone, but we thought, we have four weel drive and we'll just run over it acouple times to pack it down and worry about plowing tomorrow. Justin tried backing the Jeep back out, which had a trailer with a snowmachine on it, but the trailer was sucked into the snow and pulled the Jeep in with it. So in the mean time I'm pulling the truck out of the garage to pull the jeep out and get it stuck in the snow as well. So there we were in the middle of the night when most are sleeping with two cars stuck in a ton of snow! We'll just say Justin shoveled alot of snow, and I was sitting in the car not feeling so good because I was really tired and hungry. He eventually got his truck out and tried pulling me out several times from many different angles, getting even more stuck. Finally at 2:00 AM we had both cars back on the road not daring to drive back in the drive way again. We ended up cracking something in my jeep and lost all the windshield washer fluid in the snow. And on the way back home we discovered we had lost Kyler's old car seat on the highway. He got him a new booster style car seat for Christmas, so his older one was strapped to the trailer in a heavy duty garbage bag. The odd thing is everything around and even in it was still intact. We have no idea what happened to it! So any way that was our drive home from Christmas break!

Merry Christmas Everyone! We absolutly love Christmas time. We love the snow, lights, music, movies, and all the fun little activities that go with the season!

Kyler has been very excited to meet santa this year. He made sure to ask where his reindeer were.

First time Kyler has helped me make sugar cookies! He thought it was so much fun stamping out the shapes in the dough.
We also made Gingerbread houses. I think his favorite part was eating all the candy!
Justin made sure it was very structurally sound.

I can't believe Kyler is three! He has become such a big kid. He was so excited for his birthday, he couldn't wait to open presents, eat cake and play with balloons. He asked me all day long if he could. He had fun trying to blow out his candles, they were the relighting ones- I know I'm so mean!

Trimming the tree

Our tree stands about 11' , luckily we had the height clearance this year. I love having a tall tree. Kyler put all his bulbs in the same location on the tree until we helped him spread them out. We laughed so hard because it didn't matter how many were already on one branch he always went to the same branch to decorate.
The tree is so prickly this year. We could hardly touch it without gloves and long sleeves. That is one way to keep your kids away from it. Kyler has already broken 3 Christmas bulbs, and counting!

I have been so bad about taking pictures this time around. So here I am at 32 1/2 weeks, every day counts.

Cutting down the tree

We had so much fun this year cutting down our tree. We went for a snowmobile ride and enjoyed being out in nature with all the snow covered tree. The views were so beautiful. We finally found our tree up by Brundage Mountain

The snow was a little too deep for Kyler so he rode on Justin's shoulders.
We cut the very top of the tree off because it was so string bean like. It is now Kyler's Charlie Brown Christmas tree.
I had to prove I was out getting a tree too -at 32 weeks along.
The tree measured out to be about 11' long, They always look so much smaller than they really are.

Kyler enjoyed playing with little Lynden over thanksgiving,

or it might have just been all his toys he liked playing with, j/k.

I couldn't get Kylers attention long enough to get them both to smile.

Kyler loves playing with sugar (our neighbor's dog). It's nice because we just play with her, then send her home, and we don't feel like we even need a dog. But we would love to have a dog just like her because she is so good with Kyler.

It snowed yesterday, and Kyler could hardly wait to get outside to build a snowman. We actually received about 4 inches then it started to rain and everything became so wet. It is amazing how much kids grow in a year. Kyler's winter clothes from last year were so small on him.

Jason (Justin's twin brother) has been working over here in McCall every week for a while and Malia has been student teaching and unable to come over with him. So last weekend she came over instead of Jason going home. We had a lot of fun. I always feel so far away from everyone until someone comes to visit.
Kyler and Kaylee played so well together, even though Kyler made her cry a lot just by barely bumping her the wrong way. She is very dramatic, it was so funny! Kyler would say "Shhhh, no cry baby."

I found Kyler fast asleep in my room the day after they left. He had gotten the pillow and blanket by himself and he slept for about three hours. He must have been really tired because he doesn't take naps very much anymore.

It seems like Kyler never has any clothes on, that's because he has learned to take them off and prefers to run around in underwear. I'm always putting his clothes back on lately.-And he is also starting to eat so much better. Now he is really going to start growing. I always thought there is no way he can grow by only eating corn dogs, fruit snacks and chocolate milk!

Kyler has been learning his colors. He does pretty well until he starts getting silly.
He was so careful to get as little paint on him as possible, until I showed him it is alright to get your hands dirty.

Kyler was a Cowboy again for Halloween. I think he really
enjoyed it a lot more this year and actually understood what was going
on. I took him to the trunk or treat at the church, then to a few neighbors
and members in the ward. He said howdy to everyone and

told them he was a cowboy. I thought he was so cute !

Carving pumpkins was alot of fun this year. Kyler has been calling them "happy pumpkins for at least a month now!

I thought if I held the pumpkins by my round belly it wouldn't look so big. I don't know if it worked though! I'm 28 weeks! Only 12 weeks to go!

We went on a walk yesterday and the weather was just so nice. It made me wonder where this year went!

1. Clean my house (good thing cause someone had to come here while i was gone today and get Justin's gun out from under our bed! I would have been so embarrassed because my room is always a mess on Monday morning!)

5. Return movies from the weekend.

Five things I would do if I were a millionaire:

1. Pay off my house and all the expenses that go with it!
2. Trade in my jeep and pay off a new car.
3. Go on trips to places both historical and just plain fun with my family
4. Invest to become a multi-millionaire
5. pay with large bills at places like garage sales, or places where kids are trying to sell somethings, and say keep the change
6. give anonymous scholarships to people ( I had a roommate who got one and we all though it was so cool)

1. Big bows in my hair
2. spandex shorts with large shirt bunched in a knot at my side
3. My lucky basketball socks (they were tie-died)
4. Church shoes with the thick one inch heel with the bow down by the toe
5. big curled hair sprayed bangs -half curled up and the other curled down then poofed!
6. Vests -I'm not talking about the cute modern ones. I had some crazy ones!

We went out one evening to sight in Justin's guns. It obviously worked because Justin shot a deer this last weekend. I told him he couldn't shoot one unless it was a "Monster Buck" but he couldn't help himself and shot a 3x3.
Kyler loves hanging out with his dad and doing everything the exact same way. They Both have their hats on backwards!

Kyler and Tess played in the leaves for at least an hour at my parents house. He thought they were so much fun to throw in the air!

This last weekend we went back to Idaho falls. Justin went hunting with his dad and brothers, and I visited lots of people and I also had a Dr. appointment, and an ultra-sound. The ultra-sound technician told us it was a boy where as the Dr. at the last appointment told us it was 90% chance girl. We didn't really believe that is was a boy and they spent almost 5 min trying to prove it was a boy from every angle they could find. And sure enough, IT'S A BOY!

I'm so glad I didn't start buying pink and purple clothes! At least we already have alot of boy stuff already. I'm still alittle shocked!

Kyler Loves Trucks!

We went to Colter's baby blessing, Jana and Roscoe's new baby, and also ended up getting a Kunde family picture. It was really hot and Kyler is bright red for all the pictures or he just didn't want to smile probably because he was so tired out from drivng his trucks all over the yard. Its always fun to see family and get out from McCall once in awhile.

All they needed was a pitch fork! We were laughing so hard because it reminded us of "olden times" when couple wouldn't smile in pictures, but as soon as we gave Grandpa and Grandma a pitch fork everyone was dying laughing because they could keep a smile off their faces. It was so funny!
